Registration Form will hold a spot for 10 days ONLY.
If check is not received within 10 days, registrant will go on a
"first come, first serve" list until check is received.

Registration is NOT CONFIRMED until Payment is Received!

Any checks received after field is full will be returned by mail - make sure a
return address is included on the form and with your payment.
